Congratulations to Ava Lessing and Kevin Ramos for winning the Utah Geographic Information Council (UGIC) student poster competition last week with their Capstone in GIS poster titled “Beetle Kill Data and StoryMap.” The poster highlighted the results of their project sponsored by the Utah Department of Natural Resources: Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands. There were undergraduate and graduate student poster entries from universities across Utah and Idaho.
