Two U Geographers Win Big at the North Face Endurance Challenge!

Utah Geographers Noah Brautigam and Andrew Linke had a great weekend in Park City at The North Face Endurance Challenge, as Noah won the 50K race with a time of 3:25:38 and Andrew won the 10K with a time of 00:48:55. The races were held at Park City Mountain Resort on Saturday and Sunday and boast the highest starting elevation in the 2016 North Face series at 6922’. While the 10K on Sunday was held on a typical gorgeous Utah fall day, Saturday morning was a white out in the higher elevations from an early storm, and the 50K race had to be converted into two laps on the lower-elevation (very muddy) half-marathon route.  Congratulations Noah and Andrew!
